Welcome

Hello, my name is Mr. Harrel.  I graduated from Deer Park High School in 2003 and Texas State University in 2007.   I have taught at Deepwater Elementary for 16 years now and I love our school community.  I am looking forward to seeing all of my students for the 2024-2025 year.
