My name is Esperanza Chacon, I am so excited to start a new school year teaching 3rd grade. I hope my students are excited too so we can have an amazing year! 

I am a bilingual educator who loves to read and teach. I value education, family as well as the culture. 

At the age of 35 I went back to college and obtained a Bachelor's degree at the University of Houston-Clear Lake and a Master's degree at the University of Houston. I am happily married and have to wonderful children.    

Mi nombre es Esperanza Chacon, estoy muy emocionada de empezar este año escolar enseñando 3er. grado. Espero que mis estudiantes esten tan emocionados como yo para que tengamos un año impresionante! 

Soy una maestra bilingue que le encanta leer y enseñar. Valoro la educacion, la familia y la cultura. 

A la edad de 35 años regresé a la escuela y obtuve una licenciatura en la Universidad de Houston-Clear Lake y una maestria en la Universidad de Houston.  estoy felizmente casada y tengo dos hijos maravillosos. Nunca es tarde para aprender!
